Administrative Assistant
Tami Schmitz along with her husband Tim and family moved to Glenwood from Lakeville, Minnesota in June of 2004. Prior to living in the Minneapolis area for 17 years, they started out their married life in Spicer, Minnesota where Tami grew up. After high school, she received a two year Bible Certificate from Oak Hills Bible College followed by a two year degree in Business Administration. Tim and Tami have three children and will soon be “empty nesters”.
After her youngest, Tanner started kindergarten, Tami begin working part-time in the office at Trinity Free Church in Lakeville. She has had other office type jobs but prefers non-profits and has found her “niche” here in Glenwood as Admin. Assistant for Hope Community Church and Habitat for Humanity of Prairie Lakes. Both are part-time jobs which allow her the flexibility she needs for volunteer work in the community and church.
